Messy Eater

Judson has been eating food for about 3 weeks now, he really likes sweet potatoes, applesauce and oatmeal. He is starting to like green beans a little better now but he made some really bad faces at first. If it is something he really likes then he usually grabs the spoon and holds it in his mouth for a while. You can tell by his hands and mouth that he was really liking his sweet potatoes.

I forgot to rotate this picture but you can tell what it is. Heather went out the other night to build a fire and this greeted her on the porch. When I got home, I threw a piece of wood at it and it still didn't move.

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

We had a great Thanksgiving this year, first we went to Morrilton and spent Thanksgiving with Heathers family. Judson got to meet all of his family. He got so much attention, especially from his younger cousins, they all just loved him. Then, Jeremy, Melissa, and Jackson came to Camden so we spent most of the weekend there, the kids are becoming so funny together.

I figured since I haven't updated the blog in a while I would take some pictures of him playing in his exersaucer.

New Things

Judson has had a really big week so far. I dropped him off at my mom's on Sunday on the way to the deer camp and when I came back he had been rolling over like crazy, I didn't believe my mom at first but we laid him down and he automatically started rolling over. Last night I had to work late and Heather called me and Judson was laughing like crazy on the phone. It was so funny. We also got some really good pictures this weekend at the Daniels Garden in Camden.



He has the cutest little feet. He was wearing socks but he ate them This smile will melt your heart even at 3:00 in the morning. At least that's what his mommy said.

4 months old

Judson turned 4 months old last week and he is still a growing boy. He weighed almost 14lbs and was 25 inches long. Heather had to go back to work today so I am staying home with Judson because I have to take him to get his immunizations. We had a fun weekend since Jackson came to Camden again.

Funny Hat

Judson has been a sick little boy this week but we managed to get some cute pics of him in his pumpkin hat. He has been coughing and sneezing all weekend but I think he is getting better.

Judson got to go visit his cousin Jackson and Aunt Melissa and Uncle Jeremy this weekend. Jackson really got a chance to see how much cooler his Uncle Jarrod is than his daddy.

3 Months Old

Judson is three months old today, it is amazing how he is developing. You can really tell that his hand eye coordination is starting to develop. He is really starting to gain control of his arms and can grab things and hold on to them.

Swimming and Thumb Sucking

Judson has been really busy trying new things over the last two weeks. He went to Dallas for the weekend and stayed with his Uncle Andy and Aunt Joni and played with his cousins. He spent the day swimming and relaxing. He has also discovered his thumb and I think he really likes it.

Two Months Old with New Pics

Judson turned two months old on Friday. He went to the doctor today for his two month checkup and shots. He took the shots better than expected but has been fussy tonight. He now weighs 11 lbs and is 23 inches long. Here are some recent pics

8 weeks old

Judson turned 8 weeks old today. Here are a few pics as he continues to grow. We tried out the bumbo seat and dad's shoulders.

Friday morning, Heather brought Judson into the bathroom wearing this little hat so I went and got the camera to take a picture. Shortly after that, I was fully dressed and ready to go to work when Heather asked me to hold Judson so she could start a load of clothes. So I laid him in my lap so he could kick and play and all of a sudden my leg started getting really warm. Needless to say, I had to change clothes and so did he.

Just kidding, we have given Judson many baths but this is the first time that we have used his bathtub. I think he really liked it. He is also finally starting to like his swing. We can put him in it and he will fall asleep without having to be held.
